Archive a User

Only users with administration privileges are able to add users.

Beegle does not allow deleting users. This is for data integrity purposes where a particular user may be reference as the user who created or modified a record. If you need a user permanently deleted you can contact Beegle for assistance. 

1. Navigate to the 'Users' page. 
2. Find the user that needs to be deleted.archived. 
3. Click 'Show this user'user'. 
4. Click 'DestroyArchive this user'user'
5. If anything is preventing the user from being deletedarchived an error message will be shown. e.g. if the user is listed as an adviser for a client group. 

Once archived a user will lose all access to Beegle.
