Client Group Naming

Beegle recommends adopting a naming convention for client groups. This will make it easier for users to locate a particular client group. 

Beegle recommends following the below naming convention, which takes into account that the app often sorts client groups alphabetically:

SURNAME, First name & First name. 

Applying this naming convention to different scenarios would work as follows:

• For a single client, John Smith, the group name could be:
  • SMITH, John
• For a couple with the same surname, the client group name could be:
  • SMITH, John & Sue
• For a couple with different surnames, the client group name could be:
  • SMITH & JONES, John & Sue
