Next steps & Achievements

Description

This dashboard has two tabs:

  1. Next steps
    • Lists, in date order, anything that needs to be addressed for the client group. 
    • Includes goals, key dates, expiring beneficiary nominations, loan terms changing, annuities maturing and strategies to implement. 
    • It essentially serves as the plan to follow for the client group.
  2. Achievements
    • This lists anything that has been finalised for the client group.
    • Includes goals, key dates and strategies. 
    • Contrary to the tracking dashboard, all goals achieved will show here, regardless whether they have projections or values attached. 
    • This serves as a record of everything that has been done and achieved together between the adviser and the client. 

Clicking on any item will show more details. 

Overdue indicator

Each entry on the 'Next steps' tab can have an overdue indicator, with the criteria noted below under 'Tips and Tricks'. The overdue indicators are made of two components:

  • image.png A red dot indicates that the particular item is due in the next 31 days, and work has not yet commenced on it. 

  • Overdue indicates that the particular item is now overdue, and work has not yet commenced on it.

Strategies

 

Description

Any strategies for the client group will be listed. 

 

Dashboard Behaviour

  • If a strategy has an 'Expected conclusion date', which is in the past, both the red dot and 'Overdue' indicators will show, unless the strategy status is set to 'Negated' or 'Finalised'
  • If a strategy status is set to 'In progress' the overdue dot and wording will not be displayed, as the status indicates that the strategy is currently being implemented. 
  • If a strategy status is set to 'Future' or 'To consider':
    • The overdue dot will display if the 'Next due' date is less than 31 days away. 
    • The 'Overdue' label will display if the 'Next due' date is in the past.

Goals

 

Description

Any goals for the client group will be listed. Goals are also depicted on the 'How are you tracking?' dashboard. 

 

Dashboard Behaviour

  • Goals with a status of 'Achieved' or 'Cancelled' will show on the 'Achievements' tab, with an appropriate description. 
  • The overdue indicators are displayed based on the goals 'Target date' or 'Target age'.

Key Dates

 

Description

All key dates for the client group will be listed. 

 

Dashboard Behaviour

  • The overdue indicators are based on the date for the event as well as the actioned status.

Events

 

Description

Beegle will list important dates from several records, in order to prompt the adviser to take action as required. 

 

Dashboard Behaviour

  • The following dates will be reported:
    • Expiring beneficiary nominations on superannuation, insurance, investments and annuities. 
    • Maturity dates for fixed term annuities. These dates are calculated based on the account open date and term. 
    • Interest only and fixed rate end dates for loans. 
    • Insurance policies which are 'In suspense' or 'Premium holiday' will be included. 
  • The overdue indicators are based on the date of the event, except for insurance policies not in force, where the date use is today.
