Storing Account Numbers

Although Beegle has stringent data storage and app access policies, users can further protect client personal information by the way it is entered into Beegle. 

Based on this Beegle suggest not storing full account numbers for clients. Beegle's recommendation is to only store the last three characters of an account in the format: 

***123

This, along with the account provider on record, should be sufficient to identify accounts for your clients. 

This policy has also been implemented with the AI import tools.
